Download Meter is a small program I wrote way back in 2002. It sits in your system tray and monitors your download and upload speed. The stats are displayed as graphs showing the speeds over the last 100 seconds or so. The program also keeps totals for the amount downloaded over the day and the month.
Download meter will monitor all kinds of downloads including music, gaming, and streaming. It will even display download speeds of online casino software and messenger programs. To download this program you’ll need to have the Visual Basic 6 runtimes.
